Sail Lanka Charter is the first chartering company in Sri Lanka with more than 10 boats in operation around the island. Sail Lanka offers every kind of cruise, from three hours to ten days. Sail Lanka Charter proposes every day 5 different cruises around Sri Lanka. Whale watching, morning cruise, afternoon cruise, aperitif sunset cruise or private event, you will definitely find a cruise that suits your wishes and your schedule in Sri Lanka. Most of the time the cruises last three hours, this is the perfect timing to discover the boat, sail and enjoy other water based activities. There is always one hour dedicated for swimming, visiting the surroundings or playing with the standup paddles. Sailing locations are Galle, Mirissa, Trincomalee and Passikudah.

Sail Lanka Charter launched in December 2015 the new catamaran Jade 52 the first residential boat of the fleet. This boat provides 4 cabins with private bathroom to explore Sri Lanka off the beaten tracks. From 1 to 10 days cruises are proposed on Jade. According to the season you will sail from Trincomalee to Batticaloa, from Mirissa to Galle and very soon from Kalpitiya to Jaffna. Jade is definitely the new thrilling accommodation experience in Sri Lanka.

The Mirissa Sailing Club was founded in September 2015 to offer a full range of boats to rent with or without skipper. Optimists for kids, lasers, minibees or Ribs, everyone can find the perfect boat to practice sailing in Weligama bay. From October to April the bay is blue and the sea is calm. Light winds and blue sky during 6 months, all the conditions are there to enjoy a good ride. The Mirissa Sailing Club by Sail Lanka Charter also organize regattas and private events onboard one of the sailing boat.
